Episode 6: Maine Show: X-C Ski

Cross-country skiing and ice-fishing is a way of life in Maine and especially in Oxford Hills. Jeff and Steph spend a day touring the scenic ski trails at Carter’s Cross Country Ski Center as well as participate in the Norway-Paris Ice Fishing Derby with Maine’s #1 metal band – Dead Season. They find an enticing place to relax at Café Nomad where Scott, the owner, let’s them hop behind the counter for an espresso making contest. Since they are in Paris, of course they manage to find some absolutely amazing French cuisine at a place called Maurice Restaurant. They highly recommend the Escargots and Soup a L’Oignon Gratinee.
